晶珠降脂排毒胶囊对“血瘀”大鼠血液流变学的影响

THE EFFECT OF JINGZHUJIANG ZHIPAIDU CAPSULE ON HEMORHEOLOGY OF EXPERIMENTAL RATS WITH BLOOD STASIS SYNDROME

本文研究了晶珠降脂排毒胶囊对“血瘀”大鼠血液流变学的影响 ,结果显示该药ig给药 (剂量 0 .5g/kg和 0 .2 5g/kg)可明显降低“血瘀”大鼠的红细胞聚集指数以及低切变率下的全血粘度和全血还原粘度 ,剂量为0 .5g/kg时 ,还可显著降低红细胞压积。提示该药对防止血栓形成和治疗血瘀症有一定作用。

The effects of JingZhuJiangZhiPaiDu(JZPD)capsule on hemorheology of experimental rats with blood stasis syndrome were studied.The results indicated that the JZPD capsule at 0.5g/kg and 0.25g/kg orally included such achen as decreasing the RBC′s aggregation index,lowering the whole blood viscosity and reduced viscosity with low shearing in rats with blood stasis syndrome,The dosage of 0.5g/kg could significantly discreased the hematocrit as well.It is suggested that the JZPD capsule have a certain regulating effect on thrombotic blood stasis syndrome.
