恶性肉芽肿放射治疗的临床观察

CLINICAL OBSERVATION OF THE EFFECTS OF RADIOTHERAPY ON MALIGNANT GRANULATION

目的 回顾性分析恶性肉芽肿的放射治疗疗效及其病理学特点。方法 我科自 1984年 1月至 1996年 12月共收治 32例恶性肉芽肿患者 ,全部经病理证实 ,采用钴— 6 0机进行治疗 ,常规分割 ,平均剂量DT5 2Cy。结果 全部病例 ,均随访二年以上 ,5年生存率达 5 6 %。结论 放射治疗应是恶性肉芽肿的首选治疗方法。

Objective To review the effect of radiotherapy on malignant granulation and analyze the pathological feature and clinical relationship of the disease.Methods 32 cases of malignant granulation pathologically diagnosed in our department were treated with Cobalt 60 therapy from January 1984 to December 1996.Results All of the patients were followed up at least over two years.The survivorship rate as long as 5 years was 56%.Conclusion Radiotherapy is the best therapy for treatment of malignant granulation.
