利用AF椎弓根钉治疗胸腰椎爆裂骨折

Treatment of thoracolubar vertebral bursting fracture with AF nail of pedicle of vertebral arch

[目的 ]探讨胸腰椎爆裂骨折的新的治疗方法 .[方法 ]利用AF椎弓根钉行单纯切开复位内固定术 .[结果 ]受损椎体中柱高度恢复最大者为 98% ,最小者为 93% .椎管正中前后径恢复最大者为83% ,最小者为 70 % .[结论 ]与RF椎弓根钉相比较 ,AF椎弓根钉结构简单、操作容易、有效、手术时间短。

OBJECTIVE*!To study the new treatment methods for the thoracolumbar vertebral bursting fracture.*!METHODS*! The patients were treated by open reduction and internal fixation with AF nail of pedicle of vertebral arch.*!RESULTS*!The maximum height of compressed vertebral bodies after treatment is 98% and the minimum is 93%. The maximum height of median sagittal diameter of vetebreal canal after treatment is 83% and the minimum is 70%.*!CONCLUSION*!When comparing with RF nail of pedicle of vertebral arch, AF nail of pedicle of vertebral arch is simple in structure, easy operation, safe, more effective and less time for operation as well as fewer complications. It is comparatively ideal for posterior internal fixation of spine at present.
