摘要 目的 研制微波骨肿瘤治疗仪的微波加热、测温和病案管理控制系统 .方法 利用面向对象的 Windows可视化编程工具 Delphi5 .0 ,在 Windows 98环境下对系统进行编程 .结果 在 HDZ- 1型微波骨肿瘤治疗仪系统上成功实现了温度采样和微波功率的可调输出 .达到了手术中实时温度监测以及微波系统的自动开关 ,并且设计了实用的手术病案管理系统 .结论 通过上述功能的实现 ,使得手术医生能够有效的控制手术的进程 ,提高了微波骨肿瘤治疗技术在临床上的治疗效果 . AIM To develop a control system for microwave hyperthermia and temperature measurement. METHODS The object oriented visual programming tool named Delphi 5.0 under Windows98 platform was used. RESULTS The temperature sampling and adjustable-power output of microwave were realized on the HDZ-I microwave bone-tumor therapeutic device and the medical records management system was designed. During the operation, the temperature was monitored in realtime, and the microwave system was switched on and off automatically. CONCLUSION Withthis control system, the overall process of the operation can be controlled effectively, and the curative effect of the bone-tumor with microwave can be improved greatly.
