本文对安乐死的合法性与合理性进行了剖析 ,并运用罪刑法定原则驳斥了安乐死是故意杀人罪的误区 ,提出了在我国制定安乐死的法律依据。

This article analysis the legality and reasonability of the euthanasia,and refutes the false viewpoints that the euthanasia is a sort of intentional murdering by applying the principles that a crime is convicted by law.Meanwhile,it puts forward the legal basis for establishing the law of euthanasia in our country.
