综合康复疗法治疗急性腰椎间盘突出症50例疗效观察

Treatment of acute prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc using comprehensive rehabilitation therapy

目的 观察综合康复疗法治疗急性腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效。方法 治疗组 50例采用综合康复疗法治疗 ,对照组 4 8例采用腰椎牵引及按摩治疗。结果 治疗组治愈率为 64% ,对照组为 2 7.8% ,2组比较有极显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,治疗组治疗后整体水平积分明显高于对照组(P <0 .0 1)。结论 综合康复疗法治疗急性腰椎间盘突出症疗效确切。

Objective To evaluate the curative effects of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy acute prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.. Methods 98 patients with acute prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc were randomly allocated to two groups. In treatment group (n=50) comprehensive rehabilitation therapy was utilized and in control group (n=48) routine method (lumbar traction) was carried on. Results The curative rate was significantly higher in treatment group (64.0%) compared with those in control group (27.8%, P<0.01). Conclusions The comprehensive rehabilitation therapy can be effective method on the treatment of acute prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.
