利湿通口服液治疗渗出性中耳炎临床研究

Clinical study of Lishitong oral liquid on exudative otitis media

目的 观察利湿通口服液治疗渗出性中耳炎的临床疗效。方法 2 14例随机分为2组 ,治疗组 187例予利湿通口服液 ,每次 30ml ,每日 2次口服 ;对照组予龙胆泻肝口服液 ,每次 1支 ,每日 2次口服。 6日为 1个疗程 ,2个疗程后复查纯音测听、声阻抗测听以统计疗效。结果 治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为 95.3%和 33.1% ,2组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 0 5)。

Objective To analyze clinical effect of Lishitong oral liquid on exudative otitis media. Methods 214 patients of exudative otitis media were allocated to two groups. In treatment group (n=187) Lishitong oral liquid was utilized and in control group (n=27) Longdanxiegan oral liquid was taken orally. Pure tone audiometry and acoustic impedance audiometry after treatment in both groups were determined to evaluate effect. Results The total effective rate was significantly higher in treatment group (95.3%) compared with those in control group (33.1%, P<0.005).. Conclusions Lishitong oral liquid can effectively treat exudative otitis media.
