摘要
我国是一个以煤为主的能源生产和消费大国。认为 :煤炭是我国最可靠的能源 ,具有不可替代性 ;发展先进的洁净煤技术 ,改造落后的燃煤技术是降低煤炭污染的关键 ;水煤浆、煤炭液化、煤炭气化和煤基燃料甲醇等先进的煤代油技术是将煤炭变成优质能源的必由之路 ;煤炭工业应当发挥综合开发的优势 ,构建新的电力燃料化工能源体系 ,促进国民经济的跨越式发展。
Coal is the major energy source in China both in terms of energy production and energy consumption. This paper holds that coal as the most reliable energy to China is replaceable. Development of more advanced clean coal technology on the basis of innovating the backward coal burning technology is the key in reducing coal related pollution. The advanced coal-replacing-oil technologies such as water-coal-slurry, coal gasification, coal liquefaction and coal-based methanol fuel are the ways of must for coal to convert into high quality energy. The paper also thinks that coal industry should bring the all-round overall development into full play to construct a novel system of electric power-fuel-chemical-energy so as to realize a more rapid development of the national economy by leaps and bounds.
