摘要
目的 对半夏药材中的总游离有机酸进行提取分离和药理作用的研究。方法 以 95 %醇提取分离总游离有机酸 ,以氨水致咳模型、酚红祛痰、家鸽呕吐实验、MTT法体外肿瘤细胞试验检测有机酸的作用。结果 以 95 %的醇提取并经一系列的分离 ,得到半夏的总游离有机酸部分 ,药理研究证实半夏中含有的总游离有机酸具有止咳、祛痰、体外抑制肿瘤细胞的作用。结论 半夏药材中的有机酸组分为半夏的有效成分之一。
OBJECTIVE To investigate into the extraction and isolation of total free organic acid in Rhizoma Pinelliae and its pharmacological effect. METHOD The methods used included the use of 95% alcohol to extract and isolate the total free organic acid, ammonia used to produce cough models, phenol red for expectorant purpose, pigeon vomiting experiment, MTT method used in the tumor cell in vitro test to detect the effect of the organic acid. RESULT The total free organic acid isolated from Rhizoma Pinelliae had the effect of relieving cough, removing sputum and inhibiting tumor cells. CONCLUSION The organic acid in Rhizoma Pinelliae is one of its effective components.
