涤痰化瘀汤对人胃癌SGC-7901细胞生长影响的研究

Effect of Ditan Huayu Decoction on Growth of Human Stomach Cancer SGC-7901 Cells

目的 研究涤痰化瘀汤及其药物血清 (剂量为临床等效量 )对体外培养的人胃癌SGC 790 1细胞株的抑制作用。方法 采用MTT法 ,观察细胞抑制率。结果 涤痰化瘀汤大、中、小剂量组及其药物血清组对人胃癌SGC 790 1细胞的抑制率分别为 78.5 %、41.4%、2 7.8%和 2 3.9%。结论 涤痰化瘀汤及其药物血清对人胃癌SGC 790 1细胞生长均有明显的抑制作用。

OBJECTIVE To investigate into the inhibiting effect of Ditan Huayu Decoction and its drug serum (with the same dosage as is used clinically) on the in vitro cultivated human stomach cancer SGC-7901 cells. METHOD MTT method was used to observe the cell inhibiting rate. RESULT The inhibiting rates of large, medium and small dosages of Ditan Huayu Decoction and its drug serum were 78.5%, 41.4% and 27.8% respectively. CONCLUSION Ditan Huayu Decoction and its drug serum have marked inhibiting effect on human stomach cancer SGC-7901 cells.
