聚类分析在中医药研究中的应用与思考

Application of Clustering Analysis in TCM Research

从体质与辨证研究、中医文献研究、医疗机构评价等 3方面 ,论述了聚类分析在中医药研究中的应用 ,认为采用聚类分析方法 ,可以使数据分析结果更具客观性 ,并有省时、省力的优点。同时指出聚类问题要想在中医药应用结中获得显著成效 ,重点在聚类类别数的决策和聚类结果的解释上。

This paper deals with the application of the clustering analysis in TCM research with reference to research of body constitution and syndrome differentiation, research of TCM literature and evaluation of medical institution. The authors believe that the use of the clustering analysis has the advantage of being objective and convenient. To promote the application of clustering analysis, emphasis should be laid on the decision on the number of cluster categories and explanation of cluster result.
