摘要
中医药用于阿尔茨海默病的预防和治疗 ,业已成为老年医学研究的热点之一。本文就近年来对该病有防治作用的天然活性成分的研究概况作一综述 ,并着重介绍了天然生物碱类、皂苷类、酚酮类及多糖类成分的作用特点 ,探讨了其构效关系和作用机制。
Preventing and treating Alzheimer's Disease(AD) has been one of the research focuses in Geriatrics. In this article, the recent progress in research of natural compounds for treatment of AD was reviewed. The pharmacological properties of alkaloids,saponins,phenolic ketones and polysaccharides were emphatically introduced. The structure-activity relationship and acting mechanisms of them were also discussed.
