摘要
近年来胰岛素新剂型的研究与开发引人注目。本文综述了肺部吸入、口服或口腔粘膜吸收和注射等 3种给药途径的胰岛素产品开发现状 ,介绍具有代表性和应用前景看好的胰岛素新制剂。
The spectacular investigation and development of new insulin preparations have been conducted in recent years. Novel preparations of insulin by pulmonary inhalation, oral delivery or injection were reviewed. A number of new representative and marketing-promising insulin products were introduced.
