激素类药物对针灸治疗面神经麻痹疗效的影响

Effect of Hormones Drug on Therapeutic Effect of Facial Paralysis Treated with Acupuncture

目的 :观察激素类药物对针刺治疗面神经麻痹疗效的影响。方法 :随机设单纯针刺治疗观察组 6 2例 ,经激素治疗后再针刺治疗对照组 2 6例 ,并将两组进行临床对比观察。结果 :观察组愈显率为 96 8% ,对照组愈显率为 76 9% ,两组的疗效比较 ,差异有显著意义 (P <0 0 5) ,疗效与疗程比较 ,差异亦有显著意义 (P <0 0 5)。

Purpose To observe effect of hormones drug on therapeutic effect of facial paralysis treated with acupuncture.Methods Observation group(62 cases) were treated by simple acupuncture and control group (26 cases) were treated with hormone followed by acupuncture,and their therapeutic effects were compared.Results The cured and markedly effective rate was 968% in the observation group and 769% in the control group with significant difference(P<005) between the two groups,and there was a significant difference between the two groups in therapeutic course(P<005).Conclusion Simple acupuncture therapy has a better therapeutic effect and a shorter therapeutic course as compared with hormone treatment followed by acupuncture.
