针刺配合穴注治疗小儿厌食症80例临床观察

Clinical Observation on 80 Cases of Infantile Anorexia Treated with Combination of Acupuncture with Acupoint-Injection

采用针刺四缝穴配合药物维生素B1穴位注射足三里治疗 80例患儿 ,痊愈 54例 ,有效 2 6例 ,总有效率 10 0 0 %。与 30例点刺四缝穴对照组相比 ,χ2 =13 92 ,P <0 0 5,疗效差异有显著性意义。

Purpose To explore therapeutic method of infantile anorexia.Methods Acupuncture at Sifeng(EX-UE10)point combined with injection of vitamine B 1 into Zusanli(ST36)point was used for treatment of 80 cases of infantile anorexia.Results Fifty-four cases were cured and 26 cases were effective,the effective rate being 1000%,which was compared with that of the control group in which 30 cases were treated by acupuncture at Sifeng point(EX-UE10),with a significant difference (P<005).Conclusion The combined treatment has a better therapeutic effect than that of simple acupuncture of Sifeng point(EX-UE10).
