摘要
采用氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法测定了煤样中的总Se。煤样先用高压闷罐强酸消解的方法进行处理 ,所得消解液经 6mol/LHCl将Se(Ⅵ )还原为Se(Ⅳ ) ,然后进行测定。标准工作曲线的线性范围为 0~ 40 0 μg/LSe,检测限为 0 .40 μg/LSe。用标准参考物质煤飞灰对方法进行了验证 ,所得总Se含量与标准值相符 ,对w为 1 0 - 6级Se的 4次测定 ,RSD≤ 4.5 %。
This paper proposed a sensitive and simple method for the determination of total selenium in coal samples by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry (HG AFS). The detection limit was 0.40?μg/L with linear range of 0~400?μg/L for Se. The method has been validated by analysis of standard reference coal fly ash with precision of less than 4.5% RSD( w Se =10 -6 , n =4) and has been successfully used for the determination of total selenium in coal samples from different sampling sites.
