This paper introduces the necessity and possibility of expansion 3D GIS from 2D GIS the basic request of 3D GIS development tools on mineral deposits and geology is being discussed. It analyzes technique difficult of programming 3D GIS development tools. Additionally, It discusses 3D GIS data structure and topological relationships of arrow structure of 3D GIS.
