This paper introduces BackOffice 4.0 simple Chinese Corporation Edition (namely Microsoft BackOffice small Business Server) and Windows NT Server 4.0 and the differences between them. It expatiate the advantages of BackOffice 4.0 simple Chinese Corporation Edition compared with relative Windows NT Server 4.0 when establishing a lesser corporation network or campus network. In addition, the article introduces the installation of BackOffice small Business Server, setting of the mail servers and how to establish a user mailbox.
