摘要
本文建立了放顶煤汇压支架四连杆机构优化设计数学模型,根据其可行域为非凸域这一特点,选择了可变容差法作为优化算法,克服了其它算法过早结束迭代这一缺点。从理论上阐述了该方法的优越性,从算例结果表明了该方法使用的良好效果。
A mathematical model of optimum design for four-bar linkage mechanism of powered support used in caving bench coal is presented, According to the features of concavity of feasible region in the model, the flexible tolerance method is selected as an optimum algorithm, thus overcoming the drawbacks of stopping iteration too quick as in other methods. The advantages of flexible tolerance method are theoretically described and a satisfactory result from an example is obtained by using this method.
