滑动阀阀口射流的偏转与收缩

摘要 当液流由滑动阀阀口射入或射出时,都会发生射流的偏转与收缩,滑动阀所受的动应力即与此有关。本文利用源、汇分布法,通过将流动平面保角映射为新的复平面而得到了在不同阀口角度、不同阀口相对尺寸时射流的偏转角与射流的收缩系数。射流的偏转角主要受阀口角度的影响,几乎与阀口尺寸无关;但射流的收缩系数则与两者都有关系。 The liquid injection will be deflected and reduced at inlet or outlet from slide valve, to which the dynamic stress acting on the slide valve bears relation. The flow diagram is transformed into new complex plan with conformal mapping and then the deflection angles and reduction coeficient of injection with different valve port angles and different relative sizes can be found by using source and sink distribution method. The deflection angle of injection mainly depends on the valve port angle and almost has no relation to the valve size, but the reduction coefficient vavies with both of them.
