阳离子捕收剂反浮选一水硬铝石型铝土矿研究

A Study on Inverse Flotation of Diaspore Bauxites by Cationic Collector

以十二胺醋酸盐为捕收剂 ,SA3为抑制剂 ,研究了一水硬铝石、高岭石及叶腊石的反浮选分离。结果表明 :在 pH =6～ 8的范围内 ,SA3与十二胺醋酸盐组合 ,能抑制 90 %以上的一水硬铝石的浮出 ,而高岭石与叶蜡石的上浮率大于 80 %。作为一水硬铝石的高效抑制剂 ,SA3还具有用量少、适用性强、选择性高等特点。

This essay carries out the studies on inverse flotation and separation of diaspore, kaolinite and pyrophyllite with collector dodecylamine acetate and regulator SA3. The result of the studies indicates that, in pH=6～8, the combined usage of SA3 and dodecylamine acetate can depress over 90% diaspore and float out over 80% kaolinite and pyrophyllite. Being an effective depressant of diaspore, SA3 has such properties as lower dosage, good applicability and high selectivity.
