摘要
应用人工神经网络模型,分析了振动球磨机工艺参数对产品质量的影响,并进行了工艺参数选择的优化设计研究,克服了传统优化方法的缺陷,为改进机器性能、调整产品质量、寻找最优工艺参数和指导设计提供了一个新方法。
The paper analyses the influence of the processing parameters on a vibrating ball mill by means of the artificial neural network,and approaches the optimizing design of the processing parameters choosing,which overcomes the shortcomings of traditional optimizing methods,so,puts forward a new method which can be used for improving the mill performance,for adjusting the product quality,for finding the optimal processing parameters,and for guiding design.
