煤泥滤饼碎干机的设计

Design of Breaking-Drying Machine for Filter Cakes of Coal Slurry

现行选煤工艺采用压滤机实现了洗水闭路循环和煤泥厂内回收，所回收的煤泥滤饼粒度细、水分高和粘性大，难以作为商品煤销售而只能就地堆存，既浪费煤炭资源又污染环境。本项研究提出将煤泥滤饼定量破碎后干燥、调整其块度和水分，满足商品动力煤的质量要求，再与其掺配销售的技术方案，并开发设计了集定量给料、定量破碎、穿流干燥和斗式排料与一机的煤泥滤饼碎干机。介绍了该机的工作原理、结构特点和工业生产效果。

The closed wash-water circuit and recovering slurry in the coal preparation plant are realized by the use of filter presses for current coal preparation process,As recovered filter cakes are fine in size and high in both moisture content and viscosity,they can hardly be sold as commertial coal,and have to be stockpiled on the spot,which leads to both waste of coal resources and pollution of enviroment.So,in order to meet the quality requirements for power coal,it is proposed that the cakes of fixed quantity are broken, meanwhile,the broken cakes are cross-flow dried,and then,both the size and moisture content of them are regulated,finally,the treated filter cakes can be blended with salable coal for sale.For this,the breaking-drying machine for the filter cakes of coal slurry has been developed,which incorprates feeding at contant rate,breaking the filter cakes of fixed quantity,cross-flow drying the broken cakes and bucket discharging.The paper introduces the operating principle,design features and industrial operating results of the machine.
