Application of PLC to Rapid Filter Press

介绍可编程控制器（ＰＬＣ）在ＸＫＺＧ快速压滤机系统中的应用。运用状态转移图（ＳＦＣ）进行编程，解决了按工序步进动作的机械设备编程复杂且他人阅读不易理解的问题。工序之间的连锁或双重输出，ＰＬＣ均能自动进行处理，并采用国际上均能理解的表达方式，既ＩＥＣ标准。

The paper introduces the application of the programmable logic controller (PLC) to the XKZG rapid filter press system.Programming according to State Feedback Curve(SFC) solves the questions of both the complicated programming for mechanical equipment on the basis of step-by-step motion and difficult understanding when others read.The interlock between process steps or double output can be dealed with by using PLC,and it applies the expression which can be understood internationally,i.e. standard IEC.
