摘要 阐述高功率结式环行器的温度特性与偏置磁场的内在联系 ,给出提高温度特性的方法。据此可以在室温下清楚预知环行器高低温特性 ,从而减少因温度性能造成的不合格品比率 。 The relationship between the high peak power junction circulator and the bias magnetic field is described and a method to improve the temperature characteristic of this circulator is given. This method can be used to predict its high and low temperature characteristics at ambient temperature so that the off grad rate caused by temperature is reduced, which is especially important to the circulator working in broad band.
