摘要
研究了用立方氮化硼 (CBN)刀片车削粉末高温合金的刀具磨损特征及刀具磨损机理。对精车和半精车而言 ,CBN是车削粉末高温合金的一种理想刀具材料 ,它不仅可保证高的加工精度 。
The feature and the mechanism of tool wear for turning powder superalloy with cubic boron nitride (CBN) bite are researched in this paper. CBN is an ideal tool material for finish and semi_finish turning powder superalloy. It not only ensures the high machining accuracy, but also can obtain longer tool life.
