摘要
论证了MOSFET斩波是高频、窄脉冲电流电解加工的中小型电源的优选方案 ,其频带分布、脉宽等级及波形、频率特性、容量等性能规格均适合于中小型零件精密电解加工的要求。对气门模具、叶片等多种类型的工艺性试验均获得高精度。
It is demonstrated that MOSFET chopping is the preferable scheme of the up_to_date smaller power of high frequency short pulses electro_chemical machining(HSPECM). Its band distribution of pulse width and frequency waveform feature, as well as capacity meet the requirements of precision ECM. High accuracy and high surface quality have been obtained through manufacturability tests of various parts including air valve die.
