摘要
根据声 -超声基本原理 ,以普通压电陶瓷传感器替代商用声发射超声换能器 ,采用传感器对称布置方式 ,对具有预冲击脱层损伤的碳 -碳复合材料薄板做了声 -超声测试。在对所得试验信号进行小波滤波后 ,应用了能量积分方法量化应力波因子 ,据此值可以区分材料有无损伤 。
Acousto ultrasonic(AU) measurements were performed on impact damaged carbon carbon composites by using plain piezoelectric transducers putting on thin strips symmetrically, instead of commercial acoustic emission ones. After the original data acquired from the experiment were filtered by wavelet transformation, the energy integral of the filtered signal was taken as stress wave factor(SWF), from which the material can be distinguished between demage and undamage, and the degree of damage can be qualitatively estimated.
