摘要
以聚碳硅烷为先驱体 ,Ti粉为活性填料 ,研究了Ti粉对聚碳硅烷裂解反应及先驱体转化法制备的块体复相陶瓷的性能的影响 ,并表征了其晶相组成。结果表明 ,Ti粉可促进PCS的裂解反应 ,增加先驱体的陶瓷产率 ,能降低先驱体在裂解过程中的线性收缩率和气孔率 。
Pyrolytic conversion of polycarbosilane(PCS) into ceramic materials can be significantly influenced by active filler(Ti) dispersoids.During pyrolytic decomposition of the PCS matrix,Ti can accelerate PCS pyrolysis and increase ceramic yields of PCS. The linear shrinkage of the preceramic polymers in pyrolyzing and porosity of ceramic products will decrease with the addition of Ti powders, and properties of the ceramic materials can be improved as a result.
