Influence of Zinc,Manganese and Selenium on Superoxide Dismutase Activity of Lung Cancer Tissue and Cell Line in Culture

摘要 在培养的 Lewis 肺癌组织块和 A_(549)肺癌细胞系细胞培养液中加入微量元素锌、锰和硒,24小后测定各组的 SOD 活性发现:锌、锰明显地提高了癌组织和癌细胞的 SOD 活性.这种作用可能与增加了 SOD 的必需成分而使细胞内不具活性的 SOD 的酶蛋白被激活而转变为有活性的 SOD 有关.结果提示:锌、锰的抑癌作用有可能是通过 SOD 的作用实现的。 Zinc,manganese aud selenium were respectively added to the medium in which the Lewis lung cancer tissue and A_(549) lung cancer cell line were cultur- ed for 24 hours and then the superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity of the tiss- ue and the cell was measured in every group.It was found that the SOD acti- vity in group zinc and group manganese was higher than that in other groups. The increaseing SOD activity in the two groups was considered to be relative to the activition of the SOD enzyme protein.
