成人肺炎支原体肺炎20例临床分析

A Clinical Analysis of Adult Mycoplasmal Pneumonia in 20 Cases Combined with A Literature Review

20例肺炎支原体肺炎经临床、冷凝集试验检查及红霉素诊断性治疗综合确诊。1986年10月～1987年12月17例患者(占85%),其高峰与我国肺炎支原体感染每隔4年出现1次流行高峰大致相吻。结合文献复习探讨国内外对肺炎支原体感染诊断新技术的进展。

Twenty cases with mycoplasmal pneumonia were diagnosed by clinical manifestation,serum cold agglutinin test and erythtomycin treatment in our hospital in successive 6 years.Among them were 17 cases (85%) from 1986 to 1987,which were in accordance with the epidemiologic result that morbidi- ty of mycoplasmal pneumonia reaches its peak every four years in our country.Also,combined with a review of literatures,discussed was the advances of new techniques for the diagnosis of mycoplasmal pneumonia infection at home and abroad.
