摘要
用单光子吸收法测量43例不同肾病患者桡骨远端0.15处和桡骨中下1/3处骨矿含量的结果表明:在桡骨远端0.15处,肾病患者骨矿含量明显低于正常对照组(P<0.01),肾功能受损程度与骨矿含量丢失相平行,女性患者较男性患者骨矿含量丢失更明显(P<0.01).在桡骨中下1/3处,骨矿含量无上述改变。结果提示:临床应对肾病导致骨质琉松症引起高度警惕;桡骨远端0.15处可作为监测骨质改变的灵敏部位。
With a single photon absorption inethod (SPA),the bone mineral content (BMC) and bone min- eral density (BMD) of 43 cases of different renal diseases were measured at two sites of the radius,the first one at the site 0.15 away from the distal end,the second one at the joint site of the middle and distal segment.At the first site,both BMC and BMD of the renal disease group were found significant- ly lower than those of the normal contral group (P<0.01),and the more serious the renal disfunc- tion,the lower the BMC and BMD.And the female's BMC losses were more than the male's (P< 0.01).At the second site,no such changes were found.These results indicated that the clinical doctors should pay special attention to the danger of the osteoporosis caused by the renal diseases,and the site 0.15 cm away from the distal end of the radius was a sensitive site for monitoring the changes of the bone mineral content.
