摘要
用改良的 Langendoff 方法灌注离体大鼠心脏,对比观察亚硒酸钠和维拉帕米对心肌缺氧/再给氧损伤的保护作用。缺氧60min 和90min,心肌超微结构严重损伤,呈不可逆性损伤状态;缺氧60min 再灌30min 其损伤程度更重,LDH 大量释放;亚硒酸钠和维拉帕米处理组损伤较轻,呈可逆性损伤状态,其保护效果前者较优。
Modified Langendoff apparatus was used to determine the protective effects of Sodium Selenite and Verapamil on ischemia/reperfusion myocardial injury.Group 1 (n=6) was simply perfused for 105 min,the ultrastructure of myocardium was normal,In group 2 (n=7) and group 3 (n=7),the hearts were subjected to ischemia for 60min and 90min respectively,myocardial cells appeared in irre- versible injury.In group 4 (n=8) the hearts were subjeted to ischemia for 60min and then reperfused for 30min,myocardial cells were seriously injured.In group 5(n=8)and group 6 (n=8),Sodium Selenite (0.1umol/L) and Verapamil (1.1 umol/L) were added to the perfusion medium respectively. myocardium was protected significantly,but Sodium Selenite was more effective than Verapamil.
