国人唇淋巴管解剖及其临床意义

本文通过显微解剖及透明法对78侧胎儿尸体唇淋巴管进行了研究,结果表明上唇左右侧及上下唇毛细淋巴管之间存在吻合,下唇中部集合淋巴管有交叉,对唇集合淋巴管数目型别及其归宿提出了新观点,唇淋巴管可直接入舌骨平面下方的颈深上淋巴结。提示临床医生在诊治唇部炎症和肿瘤时,要注意此解剖特征,在行颈淋巴结清扫术时,要注意舌骨平面下方的颈深上淋巴结处理问题。

The lymphatic vessels of lips in 78 cases of human fetus specimens have been studied with mi- croanatomization and transparency.It is discovered that the left and right capillary lymphatic vessels of the upper lip,those of the upper and lower lip are anastomosed.There is decussation in the lymphat- ic vessels of the low lip.The number and terminal of the lymph nodes of lymphatic vessels in lip have been discussed.The lymphatic vessels of the lips directly enter into deep cervical lymph nodes which can be under the hyoideum.It is suggested that a doctor must pay attention to this characteristic when he treats the inflamation and tumor of lip and gets rid of the cervical lymph nodes.
