摘要
目的 :建立紫杉醇及其制剂包封率的含量测定方法。方法 :采用反相高效液相色谱法 ,以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂 ,甲醇 乙腈 水为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 2 7nm。结果 :测定方法的平均回收率为 97 0 1% (RSD =0 99% ,n =5 ) ,制剂的包封率为 97 2 5 %。结论
OBJECTIVE:To determine paclitaxel (TAX) and the entrapment of its formulated preparations METHODS:An RP HPLC was developed The paclitaxel was separated on octadecylsilane column using a mobile phase of methanol acetonitrile water(30∶40∶32) with detection at 227 nm RESULTS:The average recovery for determination of paclitaxel was 97 01%( RSD=0 99%,n =5) and the extent of entrapment of the paclitaxel magnetoliposmes was 97 25% CONCLUSION:The method could be used to quantitate paclitaxel and its formulated preparations
