摘要
目的 :建立一种用毛细管区带电泳法测定复方磺胺嘧啶片中磺胺嘧啶和甲氧苄啶含量的方法。方法 :用 2 5mmol·L 1硼砂缓冲液来分离 ,以氯霉素为内标 ,2 14nm为测定波长。结果 :样品中二组份完全分离且呈良好线性关系 ,其模拟样品回收率分别为 10 0 39%和 10 0 77% ,RSD分别为 1 0 3%和 0 81% (n =5 )。结论 :方法简便、准确。
OBJECTIVE:To establish a capillary zone electrophoresis method for the determination of compound sulfadiazine tablets METHODS: The buffer was borax (25 mmol·L 1 ), the internal standard was chloramphenicol and the detective wavelength was 214 nm RESULTS:The two components, sulfadiazine and trimethoprim, werecompletely separated and determined The average recoveries ( n =5) were 100 39% and 100 77%, RSD were 1 03% and 0 81%, respectively CONCLUSION:The method was simple and accurate, and it could be used for the quality control of compound sulfadiazine tablets
