摘要
目的 :改进利巴韦林滴眼液中利巴韦林含量测定方法。方法 :采用一阶导数分光光度法直接测定利巴韦林含量 ,测定波长为 2 2 2nm ,Δλ =2nm。结果 :该方法平均回收率为 99 9% (RSD为 0 8% )。结论 :方法简便 ,快速准确 ,重现性好 。
OBJECTIVE:To improve the methods to determine the contents of ribavirin in ribavirin eye drop METHODS:First order derivative spectrophotometry was used to determined by UV at 222 nm and Δλ 2 nm RESULTS:The average recovery for this method was 99 9%( n=5 ),and the RSD was 0 846% CONCLUSION:The method was simple and accurate,it can be used to determine the contents of ribabirin in eye drops
