摘要
用分光光度法研究了四苯基卟啉锰配合物 (Mn3 + TPPCl)与牛血清白蛋白 (BSA)之间的相互作用 ,测定了二者相互作用的平衡常数和热力学参数 ,发现二者之间可形成 1∶1的配合物 ,BSA存在一个强结合位。在它们的相互作用过程中发生了氧化还原反应 ,一个电子上BSA转移至MnTPPCl。
The interaction between Mn 3+ tetr aphenylporphyrin (MnTPPCl) and bovine serum albumin(BSA) was studied in DMF usin g spectral technique. The equilibrium constants, the enthalpies, and the entropi e s of the system were measured. The results suggest that a 1∶1 adduct is formed during the interaction between MnTPPCl and BSA. There is one specific binding si t e in BSA molecule, which is connected with MnTPPCl. During the interaction, a re dox reaction occurs and one electron is transferred from BSA to MnTPPCl.
