脑性瘫痪儿童脑CT与脑电图的对比研究

Comparison of brain CT and EEG of children with cerebral palsy

目的 对脑瘫患儿的脑CT及脑电图资料进行对比分析 ,探讨其意义。方法 对 5 4例脑瘫患儿同时期进行脑CT及脑电图检查。结果 脑CT异常率为 5 9.3% ,主要表现为脑室扩大、皮质萎缩、脑软化 ;脑电图异常率为 72 .2 % ,多表现为低电压、慢波节律异常、睡眠纺锤波缺失及发作波。二者符合率为 46 .3% ,无显著性差异。结论 脑CT和脑电图二者结合对脑瘫的诊断治疗可提供科学依据。

Objective To analyse and com pare the brain CT with the EEG of cerebral palsy(CP) children and further explor e their clinical value.Methods Fifty four CP children were assessed by br ain CT scan and EEG at the same period.Results Abnormal rate of brain CT wa s 59.3%,including expansion of ventricles of brain,atrophy of cortex,cerebro malacia;abnormal rate of EEG was 72 2%,including low voltage,allorhythmia of sl ow wave,deletion of sleep spindle wave and attack wave.The coincidence rate of the two ways was 46.3%,and there was no obviously differencebetween both. Conc lusion The study can provide reliably scientific basis for diagnosing CP if c ombining brain CT with EEG.
