摘要
目的 :为探讨灯盏花注射液的脑保护机制 ,观察了灯盏花注射液对血栓形成和缺血性脑水肿的作用。方法 :结扎小鼠带迷走神经的两侧颈总动脉造成急性脑缺血 ,结扎大鼠双侧颈总动脉造成急性不完性脑缺血 ,实验性造成大鼠体内血栓形成 ,观察灯盏花对它们的影响。结果 :灯盏花注射液明显延长小鼠缺氧存活时间 ,同时还能明显延长小鼠因结扎带迷走神经的两侧颈总动脉造成急性脑缺血的存活时间 ,能减轻大鼠实验性血栓的湿重和干重。显著降低大鼠急性不完全性脑缺血脑组织含水量。结论 :本结果为灯盏花注射液在临床上用于预防缺血性中风提供了实验依据。
OBJECTIVE:To observe the protective effect of brevescapin in the brains of mice and rats in ischemia models.METHODS:Acute brain ischemia in mice was induced by bilateral ligation of common carotid arteries with vagus nerves.Acute incomplete brain ischemia in rats was induced by bilateral carotid artery occlusion.Thrombosis was caused by experimental factor.RESULTS:Brevescapin injection prolonged the survival time of hypoxic mice and significantly prolong the life span of mice with acute experimental cerebral ischemia by bilateral ligation of common carotid arteries with vagus nerves,and decreased the weight of both dry and wet of rats thrombus,and decreased brain water content during acute incomplete brain ischemia in rats.CONCLUSION:Brevescapin injection may be useful for the prevention of ischemic stroke.
