Synthesis of Etifenin

目的 :改进肝胆显像剂配基依替菲宁的合成方法。方法 :该化合物以 2 ,6 -二乙基苯胺为原料 ,改进文献工艺制备而成。所得产物经红外光谱、核磁共振等分析确证结构。结果 :工艺简单、产品易得、收率高于文献报道。结论 :此合成路线完全可行。

OBJECTIVE:To synthesize N-(2,6-Diethylphenylcarbamoylmethyl) iminodiacetic acid(Etifenin),a precursor of hepato-biliary imaging agent.METHOD:Target molecular was synthesized from 2,6-diethylaniline,with the improved processes.Chemical structures of products were confirmed by IR, 1HNMR,and 13 CNMR.RESULTS:This synthetic route is simpler,the yield is higher than those of documents reported.CONCLUSION:This synthetic route is practical.
