摘要
目的 :建立大鼠小肠循环液中酚红的测定方法。方法 :采用双波长分光光度法 ,以 0 .1mol/LNaOH为溶剂 ,5 5 8nm为测定波长 ,5 70nm为参比波长。结果 :线性范围为 1~ 8μg/ml,回收率为 99.88%~ 99.99% (n =5 ) ,日内RSD为 0 .5 1%~ 1.2 7%(n =4) ,日间RSD为 0 .5 8%~ 2 .2 9% (n =4)。结论 :该法可用于大鼠小肠液中酚红的测定。
OBJECTIVE:To develop a spectrophotometric method for the determination of phenol red in rat small intestine circulation solution.METHODS:The absorption of solution was determined at 558nm and 570nm with.0.1mol/ml NaOH as the solvent.RESULTS:The calibration curve was linear in the rang from 1 to 8μg/ml.The recovery was 99.88%~99.99%.The within day precision was 0.51%~ 1.27% and the day to day precision was 0.58%~2.29%.CONCLUSION:This method can be used to determine phenol red in rat small intestine circulation.
