摘要
目的 :测定甘肃产五加中剌五加苷B、苷E的含量。方法 :高效液相色谱法 ,ODSKromasal柱。水 :乙晴 (95 :5 )为流动相 ,检测波长 2 2 2nm ,柱温度 2 5℃。结果 :本文可同时测定剌五加苷B、苷E的含量。剌五加苷B、苷E分别在 0 .0 6 4~ 0 .32 0 μg/ml;0 .0 74~ 0 .370 μg/ml范围内峰面积与浓度呈线性关系 ,平均回收率分别为 10 2 .5 % ,RSD =4.2 % ,95 .5 % ,RSD =4.6 %。结论 :剌五加苷B、苷E在红毛五加中含量最高 ;茎皮中含量最高 ;
OBJECTIVE:To separate and detemine eleutheroside B、E in Acathopanax.METHOD:A HPLC method was used with a ODS Kromasal column and the mobile phase consisting of MeOH and CN 3CN(95:5).The detection wavelength was at 222nm.RESUITS:The two compounds could be assayed simultaneously The Calibration curves were linear in the range of 0.064~0.370μg/ml for eleutheroside E.The average recoveries were 102.5%(RSD=4.2%)、95.5%(RSD=4.6%) respectively.CONCLUSION:The content of eleutheroside B、 E is the most in A.giraldii.Their contents are also the most in bark,But the content of eleutheroside E is more than thaf of eleutheroside B in every sample.
