导数光谱法测定抗喘合剂中两组分含量

Detetmination of two components in antiasthmatic mixture by derivative spectrophotomety

目的 :不经分离同时测定抗喘合剂中盐酸麻黄碱和盐酸苯海拉明的含量。方法 :采用双波长二阶导数光谱法和二阶导数光谱法。结果 :可同时测出盐酸麻黄碱和盐酸苯海拉明的各自含量 ,线性范围为 5 .0～ 2 5 .0ug/ml,相关系数为 0 .9994和 0 .9996 ,平均回收率为 99.7%和 99.6 % ,RSD为 0 .6 %和 0 .4%。结论 :该方法简便、快速、准确 。

OBJECTIVE:To detetmine oinultaneously ephedtine hydrochlotide and diphenhydtamine hydtochlotiae without any sepatation in Antiasthmatic Mixtute.METHOD:Double-Wavelelength secondaty derivative spectrophotometry and secondary derivative spectrophotometry were used.RESULTS:The content of ephedrine hydrochloride and diphenhydramine hydrochloride could be obtained respectively Linear ranges were both 5.0～25μg/ml,the correlation coefficients were 0.9994 and 0.996,the average recoveries were 99.7% and 96.6%,RSD were 0.6% and 0.4%,respectively.CONCLUSION:The method was simple,rapid and accurate for routine analysis of hospital preparatin.
