摘要
目的 :建立测定车前草中桃叶珊瑚苷含量的高效液相色谱法。方法 :以Nucleosi17-C18(Φ4.6× 2 5 0mm ,10 μm)为分析柱 ,流动相为甲醇 -水 (5∶95 ) ;柱温 :2 5℃ ;检测波长 :2 0 3nm ;流速 :1.0ml/min ,采用面积外标法。结果 :线性范围 2 .5 0× 10 -2 ~ 1.6 0 μg ,平均回收率为 98.77% ,RSD为 1.6 9% (n =5 )。 结论 :本法简便、灵敏、重现性好 ,可用于测定车前草中桃叶珊瑚苷含量。
OBJECTIVE:To establish a HPLC method for the determination of aucubin in herba plantaginis.METHODS:Column,Nucleosil7-C 18 (Φ4.6×250mm,10μm),mobile:methanol-water(5∶95),temperature,25℃,detective wavelength,203nm,flow rate,1.0ml/min.External standard method.RESULTS:The method was linear within the range of 2.50×10 -1 ~1.60μg,the average recovery was 98.77%,and the RSD was 1.69%(n=50).CONCLUSION:The method is simple,sensitive,and highly reproductive,and it is suitable for analysis of aucubin in herba plantaginis.
