寻找理想的支架材料是目前骨组织工程研究的热点之一 ,本文对用于骨组织工程支架材料的人工合成材料、天然生物衍生材料及两者的复合材料的研究现状进行综述 ,并分析了这些材料的优缺点及骨组织工程支架材料今后尚待解决的问题和发展趋势。

To explore the ideal scalfold materials is one of the popular studies on current bone tissue engineering.This paper rewiewed current studies on artificial synthetic biomaterials、natural biological organism derived materials and thier composited materials which used as bone tissue engineering scalfold materials.This paper also intruduced the virtues and defects of these materials,illustrated the questions would be disolved and developing trends on bone tissue engineering scalfold materials in the future.
