Traumatic multiple organ dysfunction syndrome in 98 patients

目的 探讨创伤后多器官功能障碍综合征 (MODS)的特点及治疗。方法 回顾分析 98例MODS患者衰竭器官数量、治疗方法及病死率。结果 98例MODS患者共有 2 84个器官衰竭 ,死亡 46例 (4 6 .9% ) ,其中 2个器官衰竭死亡率 17% ,3个为 44 % ,4个为 96 % ;休克 5 3例 ,感染 42例 ;最多见且最早衰竭的器官为肺 (6 3例 )。结论 (1)MODS患者衰竭器官的数量越多 ,死亡率越高 ;(2 )休克、感染为常见的促发因素 ;(3)积极处理原发伤 ,加强对休克、感染的早期处理 ,全面兼顾并预防性保护各器官功能 。

Objective To discuss the characteristics and treatment of MODS.Methods Retrospectively analyse the treatment and the mortality of the 98 patients with MODS.Results In the 98 cases,the total number of the failure organs was 284 and 46 patients died(46.6%).The mortality of the patients with 2 organs failure was 17%,3 organs 44%,and 4 organs 96%.Shock existed in 53 cases and 42 cases were infected.The lung was both the earliest and the most frequent failure ogran(63 cases).Conclusion (1)?The more failure organs,the higher mortality is;(2)?Shock and infection are the most predisposing factors to cause MODS;(3)?Actively treating the primary injury,strenthening the early antishock and antiinfection,and prophylactically protecting the function of each organ are all importment in the management of MODS.
