摘要
目的 研究骨折断端微钻孔对骨折愈合的影响。方法 应用 40只家兔造成双侧桡骨实验性骨折 ,采用微型骨钻在骨折端钻 5~ 8个微孔 ,术后 2、3、4、6周进行组织学、X线片和同位素扫描对比观察。结果 实验组骨折愈合速度快于对照组 (P<0 .0 5)。
Objective To study the effect of micro-drilling on both segments of bone near fracture site in the process of fracture healing.Methods Forty rabbits was caused experimental fracture of radius 5-8micropores were made on both segments of bone near fracture site with microbone drill. The contrast observation of the histology, X-ray and radioactive nuclide scan had been done at the end of the 2, 3, 4 and 6 weeks after operation.Results The healing of fracture of the test-group is better than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Micro drilling on both segments of bone near fracture site can accelerate the fracture healing.
