摘要
考虑到沥青、地蜡、原油与固体壁面间的界面性能 ,在管道内壁涂敷一层低表面能的疏油树脂涂层 ,减小管壁与原油间的相互作用力 ,达到减阻目的。在实验室用改造的旋转粘度计来评价氟的共聚物、硅橡胶、聚酰胺等 13种树脂涂层在沥青、地蜡、原油中的减阻效果 ,结果表明 ,它们有不同程度的壁面减阻作用。其中具有低表面能的含氟、含硅以及丙烯酸树脂涂层的减阻效果较好 ,在 2 6 .0℃的原油中 ,硅树脂的最大减阻率可达 2 1.7%
In consideration of the interface performance between the internal wall of pipe and asphalt, ozocerite and crude oil, resin coatings with low surface energy were coated on the internal walls of pipes to decrease the interaction between the walls and mediums for reduction of the friction drag. The drag reduction effect was evaluated with a rotational viscometer in the laboratory. The evaluation showed that the coatings contained fluorine, silicone or acrylic resin had good drag reduction function due to their low surface energy. The maximum drag reduction rate of the silicone containing resin was 21.7% in crude oil at a temperature of 26 ℃.
