摘要
本文介绍的高强度堵水剂CY 98,是针对中原油田高温高盐和高含水油藏的选择性堵水开发的 ,它是由水玻璃与改性树脂交联的聚合物形成的复合凝胶 ,其强度和弹性都比交联聚合物凝胶有很大提高 ,在两口油井的堵水作业中获得了良好的应用效果。本文报道CY 98的配方原理、基本组成、凝胶形态结构及堵剂的物化性能 :堵剂溶液流变性能、成胶条件、凝胶稳定性及凝胶动态力学性能。
High strength water plugging agent CY 98 is a polymer(PAM)/resin and water glass mixed gelling fluid developed for selective water plugging in production wells at high temperature and high salinity water flooded reservoirs. In this paper the formulation, constituents and rheological behavior of gelling solution CY 98, the conditions of gel formation, the morphological structure, stabilities, and dynamic mechanical properties of the gel formed are studied experimentally and discussed.
